As part of the Festival of Imagination, Selfridges will be holding four Wine Masterclasses in the Imaginarium on LG. Selfridges’ Head Sommelier, Dawn Davies, will explain the mystery of biodynamics, terroir, wine pairing and more, while rousing your taste buds with some of her favourite wines.
UNDERSTANDING TERROIR

The traditional concept of terroir focuses on the geology, geography and climate of an area in the belief these factors can change the flavour and structure of the wine. In this masterclass you will get to the heart of this very French concept and will be able to decide for yourself whether you agree.
