2014 sees the fourth Soho Literary Festival returning to take up residency in Soho Theatre from 24th - 28th September. Curated by James Pembroke, publisher of The Oldie, the festival brings together an eclectic line-up, celebrating the best of literary talent in the bohemian heart of London. A truly immersive and important event in this year's cultural calendar, join journalists, novelists and the literati as they converge for four days' worth of cutting edge contemporary thought.

This year sees 36 events scheduled in total, with the inimitable Steven Fry speaking on comic writer PG Wodehouse, 'the most industrious, prolific and beneficent author ever to have sat down, scratched his head and banged out a sentence'. Giles Coren, Rachel Johnson, Ian Hislop, Michel Roux, Antonia Fraser and Russell Norman are also among the distinguished speakers set to delight audiences in September.

With two intimate theatre spaces and the theatre bar, and events to suit all tastes, from crime lovers to cookery enthusiasts, comedy fans to cartographers, Soho Literary Festival is the perfect central London festival, and is certainly not to be missed.
