Simian Mobile Disco + Juan Atkins + South London Ordnance + Room 2: Tessellate With Palms Trax

It’s been nearly 9 months since the launch of XOYO’s residency series and as a club we can look back on an unforgettable run of parties. Our residents Eats Everything, The 2 Bears and now Jackmaster have all shown just how much dedication and passion it takes to deliver a prolific residency in present clubland. It’s a great honour to announce Simian Mobile Disco will become XOYO’s 4th quarter residents of 2014. As they release their brand new album Whorl, the internationally acclaimed duo will take the crown from Jackmaster this October. The pair will play 12 consecutive Saturdays across October, November and December bringing along an impressive roster of supporting guests to close XOYO’s inaugural year of the residency series.

This week we go techno-heavy with one of the legends of the game, Juan Atkins, stepping up as the co-headliner with Simian. A relentless innovator even to this day, Atkins has laid the path for numerous luminaries to follow in his footsteps. With him is one of today’s techno wonderkids, the Hotflush affiliate South London Ordnance. Holding it down in Room 2 will be the Tessellate crew and new house hero Palms Trax.
