OSS December Dip at Parliament Hill Lido

Now in its 7th year, the OSS December Dip is an exciting seasonal event where hundreds of enthusiastic outdoor swimmers can join the society for a bracing December Dip at the beautiful Parliament Hill Lido before warming up with festive drinks and seasonal music.

This years event is to be opened by Open Water 'Man of the Year' Adam Walker who will be entertaining the Dippers with harrowing tales of encounters with Sharks and Jellyfish whilst undertaking his Oceans 7 challenge and music will be supplied by the fabulous North London Brass Band.

Up to 400 swimmers are expected to take part in this popular annual event and this years' December Dip offers several different options for those wanting to take the December Dip plunge into the icy waters of Parliament Hill Lido.

• Fancy Dress Dippers
• Bobble Hat Breaststrokers (1 - 2 Widths / 30 - 60m)
• Freezing Freestylers (1 Length / 60m)
• Arctic Adventurers (up to 240m)

Regardless of age of ability the December Dip at Parliament Hill Lido welcomes one and all to the breathtaking experience that is outdoor swimming.
