Discover how to put your passion into words.

Do you often find yourself bursting with thoughts and feelings about a play you’ve seen, but struggling to articulate them? These workshops led by Sam Marlowe, a national theatre critic with nearly 20 years’ experience, will explore your emotional and intellectual responses to theatre, and will equip you with vocabulary and critical-thinking techniques for meaningful discussion about the play.

The course is in two parts. The first is an introductory session and a ticket to Sam Holcroft’s new play, Rules for Living, in the Dorfman Theatre. In the second workshop you will be encouraged to put the skills you have learned into practice, by writing a short review.

Cost includes a ticket to see Rules for Living on Friday 13 March.
