Lee Skeet takes over Stage 3, the exciting new eating-and-drinking space tucked under the iconic sign of the Hackney Empire, for four weeks of beautifully simple and refined cooking.
You will be served a four course set menu inspired by Lee's roots in Devon and informed by his experience in London - as former head chef at Michelin-starred Hedone as well as at restaurants Marcus Wareing and Tom Aikens.
Seafood is Lee's passion; it's the star, and it's treated well - fresh off the day-boats of Devon and Cornwall early each morning and ready for dinner service in London that same night.
Booking is essential as the kitchen will be stocked each day to reflect the number of guests that have booked that evening - this ensures that all our produce is as fresh as it can possibly be, and that nothing is wasted.
