Hogarth's House are hosting a screening of Stravinsky's opera adaptation of one of Hogarth's most enduring works 'The Rake's Progress' to celebrate Hogarth's birthday.
With a libretto by W. H. Auden and set design by David Hockney the opera offers a unique take on Hogarth's classic tale of decadence and depravity, rendering all of the glorious detail of Hogarth's prints in a musical technicolor spectacle.
