Fox Symphony is a patchwork of collected stories from members of the public about their relationship to national identity and community, lip-synced through the mouth of animal/human hybrid Foxy and Husk. For six months, Foxy travelled across the UK interviewing strangers; whilst walking along the Thames, sharing a meal in their front room or eating jellied eels in a pie and mash shop.
Using lip-synced stories and their trademark song, dance and interactive film, Foxy and Husk weave together several of these narratives to imagine a portrait of contemporary Britain in an increasingly globalised world.
