Peter and the Wolf is the timeless tale of Peter and his encounters with the animals around his grandfather’s house, deep in the woods – especially the nasty grey wolf who has nothing but bad intent for a hapless duck…..!
Prokofiev’s delightful musical fable uses instruments of the orchestra to bring the story to life, with different instruments representing each animal. A great way to introduce young (and not so young) children to classical music through this tale of Peter and his adventures.
A concert performance with narration of the story that’s suitable for children age 5+.
