Our priority is to keep our visitors, staff and artists safe. We have received the Visit Britain 'We're Good to Go' industry standard mark, so you can feel confident knowing that artsdepot is COVID-secure based on the latest government guidelines.
We are currently operating with the following procedures:
Face Coverings
From Thursday 27 January 2022 it will no longer be a legal requirement to wear a face covering in indoor public settings, but we encourage visitors to continue to wear a face covering.
Social Distancing
We are now operating our theatres and spaces at their normal capacities. We ask all customers to consider their proximity to others when moving around the building.
Enhanced Cleaning Procedures
Cleaning and disinfecting continute to take place frequently throughout the building, paying particular attention to touch points. Protective screens will remain in place at the Box Office and café.
Hand Sanitiser
There are touch-free sanitiser points available throughout the building. Please use these during your visit.
Air Conditioning
Our building is ventilated and heated by air handling units rather than air conditioning units. These draw fresh air from outside into the building, heating or cooling it as necessary and do not recirculate air
Contactless Payments & Tickets
Please use contactless and card payments at the Box Office and café.
We will continue to use contactless tickets for all events. On the day of the performance or event, you’ll receive a text message with a link to your tickets. Please make sure you give us a mobile number when booking.
