GLITTERING FASHION FUNDRAISER RETURNS FOR RAINBOW TRUST

Celebrities and fashion icons will step out in support of the much loved children’s charity Rainbow Trust on Thursday 24th May, 2012, for the star studded Trust in Fashion event.

LEADING names from the world of fashion are once again joining forces to create a spectacular evening of fashion and fundraising, as Trust in Fashion returns for a second year following the huge success of its inaugural event.

Created in association with world renowned UK Model agency Storm Model Management and set against the opulent backdrop of London’s Café de Paris, this year’s Trust in Fashion will feature catwalk shows produced by the acclaimed John Walford. The shows will be followed by an after show party at the legendary London nightclub Chinawhite.

An exclusive auction will take place featuring unique fashion pieces donated by some of the world’s leading fashion houses and other ‘money can’t buy’ lots. The evening promises to entertain fashionistas, celebrities and charity patrons alike whilst raising vital funds for Rainbow Trust, whose carers support families of children with a life threatening or terminal illness.

Guests will be entertained by a series of catwalk shows created by John Walford, who originally worked with Vivienne Westwood and went on to produce shows for the likes of; Diane Von Furstenberg, Donna Karan and Hussein Chalayan. John’s beautifully crafted shows will be complimented by models from the world famous Storm agency.

Following the fashion show guests will be invited to join the after show party at the renowned London celebrity haunt Chinawhite. One of London’s most notable nightclubs, Chinawhite is generously supporting Rainbow Trust’s event by donating the venue and throwing a fabulous after party for Trust in Fashion ticket holders to end the night in style.

Speaking about the event Rainbow Trust Chief Executive Heather Wood said “We are thrilled to announce the second year of Trust in Fashion, Rainbow Trust’s flagship fashion event. Events like this help play an important part in raising urgently needed funds.”
