Basque Cooking demonstration with Ash Mair and sampling

Celebrate the flavours of Basque with Ash Mair, BBC Professional Masterchef Winner 2011 at the Partridges Outdoor Market, Duke of York Square, London, SW3 on Saturday 6th October between 11am and 3pm Ash will be cooking samples to taste and will be happy to answer your questions. Samples and tastings will take place every day during the Basque food and wine promotion at Partridges from the 2nd October to 14th October between 11am and 2.30pm and 4pm and 7pm
