Fire the Receptionist, or failing that send her to a customer service seminar. Incredibly rude. unprofessional and argumentative. This is not a sole opinion, if you look deeper into this practice, many reviews and experiences are tarnished by the abominable treatment they have received from her.
Elsewise this place has very wonderful, warm, professional staff.
