I booked Minicab of London prior to leaving the United States. Our arrival was earlier than planned and I placed a call to the company asking if we could be picked up earlier than booked and they immediately accommodated our request. We were told that we would be picked up within 5 minutes and we were. He took us directly to our destination as contracted. Was great service and would use again.

Beware when using this company! Not all the drivers know the local area and often have to call you several times to confirm pick up location or ask if you can meet them somewhere else which isn't really the point when ordering a taxi!! In the past they have also been known to say roads do not exist! Wouldn't use or recommend again.

Highly effecient,quick and timely pick-up. Professional telephone manner and quality cab driver and cab itself. Will definitely be using Quayside cars is Uptown cars now again in the future. All-round excellence, also price was far cheaper then the other local cab office.
