Went into shop yesterday 12/09/14 about a problem i had with Galaxy tablet not brought from here. Staff very helpful and instead of trying just to sell me something he gave me advice about the problem with the tablet. Told me to try a couple of things and if they did not work to bring the tablet in and they would have a look at it.There Advice cost me nothing which is rare these days thanks very much for your help.

My son broke his ipad screen for the second time and suspected first repair not as good as it should have been as the screen never fitted that well so decided to try another repairer. Found Easy PC and chose them as they were local.Slight hiccup with initial repair but still 10/10 as they were so calm and helpful and overall have done a much better repair then previous company. Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend.

Took my laptop into Easy PC to be repaired, which it was. Also upgraded me to windows 7. Had a problem several months later and I took it back. They sorted it oyt without charging a fee. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I had a PS3 with YLOD error, I took it to easy PC and it was fixed the same day. Machine is so far working fine. Good service.

Took my Xbox 360 in for repair as the disk draw was sticking, and after about a week i was able to come and pick it up, and the price was exactly as they had stated when i brought it in. The staff are very polite and helpful

I took my laptop in to Easy PC in Croydon when it broke and was very satisfied with the service I received. I would not hesitate to go back if I needed anything else as I am assured of a friendly and efficient experience. I would definitely recommend going here.

I went into easy pc thinking I had a broken Xbox the guy offered to check it for free he honestly told me nothing was wrong with it and I was using my wires wrong the service was honest and efficient and I would recommend this place to orthers thanks

I have used Easy PC Croydon several times now for laptop repairs and each time I have been very satisfied with the service. It is friendly and responsive. I have not had to take any machine back so the quality of repair is excellent and the turnaround times for repair is guaranteed for the time advised - 2-3 days for minor repairs and perhaps a little longer for more complex ones. Great advice given too - to the point, no waffle. I don't go anywhere else and highly recommend.

Had an iPhone 4 that my son broken and I wanted a local reasonably priced repair.

Easy PC where very helpful, the repair was done in good time and was of high quality.

Should I need a repair in the future Easy PC shall be my first call.

First time here for repair to my laptop.
First impression was the excellent customer service I experienced. The manager explained in detail all I needed to know. As the costs were very competitive, I decided to proceed
and hoped for the best. I got my laptop back
within a week and it is working in tip top condition. I am very satisfied with the quality
of service and work done.

I went to the shop today to ask about my xbox as it was not displaying an image, within a few minutes a solution was found and it was all done free of charge. I was very happy with the service

Took my PS3 to be fixed. paid a 50% deposit was told it would be ready in 4 days. i rang a week later (when i hadn't heard from them) to be told it would be ready by the end of the week. This happened every week for a month. went into the shop they said it would be done for the next day. it wasnt.

I took my Xbox to Easy PC to be repaired, as it had RROD (Red Ring of Death.) I was told confidently by the owner/manager, who had to be the Manager (as the other 'staff' present were children!) that they were specialists and they could fix my Xbox for £49.99 and once I'd paid, I would have no more RROD. I was delighted (it was the 2nd time I'd had RROD,)and handed over the 50% deposit and left. I was surprised to get a call that afternoon, saying my Xbox was repaired and I could collect it straight away. I collected it and paid the remaining £24.99 and went home to play it - it had been a while! It worked well for 4 months, and then one day I turned it on and to my amazement - RROD. I phoned Easy PC and spoke to the same chap, who had so confidently told me that I would not have any more problems with it, and guess what... He denied everything, denied ever saying that and taking no responsibility. I told him I would come in on Monday morning to bring my Xbox back and when I got there, he was not in, so I dealt with a lady, who was helpful. She said that it was not correct it had gone wrong again so soon, and that they work on a 'no fix, no fee' basis. I asked if that meant that if they took it back in, and could not fix it satisfactorily, I would get a full refund - she said yes. She said
they would call me when it was ready. I phoned them Friday to get a progress update, and spoke to the original guy. He said that I was unfortunate, and that it was just bad luck and he would do me a deal for £24.99 to get it fixed again. I told him there was no way that was likely, and that he had said to me I would have no further problems with it. He basically called me a liar and said he had no time to speak to me. I pointed out that if he had said to me the £49.99 would not necessarily fix the problem, I would have got a new Xbox and not used them. He also said I was lying about what the other lady said too. Apparently they only guarantee work for 2 months! Avoid this s

Over the past 2 years easy PC have carried out over 6000 repairs we are proud of this but still disappointed when even one customer is not happy.

easy PC is not always strict about guarantee times and of course the customer is right his repair should last longer than 4 months. The difficulty with this gentleman in question was that he was very rude and abusive from the very start causing communications to instantly breakdown making it impossible to help him, which is was disappointing to us because I’m sure we could have resolved the matter quickly and simply.

Also from the review he had it repaired somewhere else which was not mentioned when I asked him at the time of booking in. When a red ring of death repair is done for a second time the procedure must be more thorough, had he told us we would have performed a deeper repair.
With regard to a young person working in the store, easy PC at times assists Croydon Council with two week work experience for 14 year olds

We are now considering extending the guarantee for red ring of death (RROD) on the Xbox 360

I wish i'd seen this review before i took my PC into them - I don't think their qualified as the guy there just waffled on & really pressurised me into handing over money as a deposit, three weeks later i'm still waiting for an answer, no one seems to know what's wrong with my PC, wish i'd gone elsewhere now & i'm £50 down.....

Took my iphone in to get a new screen, two days after collecting the phone the screen went completely black, although the phone still worked. Apparently when they fitted the screen they hadn’t attached a wire correctly – I ain’t no engineer but wouldn’t this be a basic thing to check, would a REAL professional miss this!! Took it back to the store and THREE weeks, yes THREE weeks, later I got it back. It went wrong again a week after collection with a loose screen, so I took it back only to be asked if I had dropped it, I hadn’t by the way. A moody looking Irish man tried to fob me off saying no it’s not a loose screen, it couldn’t possibly be as they are glued and screwed in various places etc etc – when I told him to touch the screen his story changed, he then went on to say we can strip it but I can guarantee that it wasn’t our workmanship (really!) and there will be a charge for us to do the work. I really couldn’t be arsed arguing with him after such a long time, so left the shop with the iphone in hand feeling completely ripped off.
Now let’s work this one out, I take it in with broken screen, two days later it goes blank, a week after collection (3 week wait remember) the screen is loose. Now, really wouldn’t any reputable company take it in without charge? If you have anything you need fixing DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Use a reputable dealer, at least there is some kind of warranty; their workmanship, after-care, general attitude and business sense is really really bad.
