Did not complete full works or rectify the scratched and poor quality to several glazed units. Company has now liquidated but in an amazing stroke of coincidence a new company operating from the same premises with the same staff has popped up in its place and is using all the same marketing collateral while rejecting any responsibility for any prior works. Questionable claims about FENSA registration or Companies House registration as Windows Direct London appears in neither of those places. Avoid.

Don't use this company if you want a company who values aftercare service. They ignored my emails and did not return my phone calls when I complained about an installation problem with the window. The window looked great, but a year in, condensation appeared in the glass. This should have been easy to fix, but they did not want to know. Poor customer service indeed. Went with a new company in the end to fix it, and they did in a couple of hours.
