I had a white dress with red wine all over it and I was told it will be impossible to remove, I took it to seven dry cleaners and they did a fantastic job and removed the stain within 1 day. great service and great value for money.

i absolutely love the service i get from seven dry cleaners in Northfield. i have been using them for a long time now and i have noticed it is now taken over by new owners who are extremely friendly and professional. excellent dry cleaning and value for money with a smile at all times

I have used these guys for a long time it lookes like its under new management.. They are very professional as the owner was telling me he has 18 years expierence.. Lovely service and lovely work for the northfields area

These are wonderfully professional dry cleaners and nice people. Everything is expertly done and with a smile. We lived in Northfields but have now moved to Acton Town. We have remained loyal to them and regularly do the trip just because they are that good and reliable.

Do dry cleaners get worse than this? I have consistently used them since they opened in August 2010. The first time I lose my reciept ticket they inform me that I never gave them my suit. It is now apparently my fault that the suit has disappeared because I lost the ticket... genius. Perhaps if I lose their business card they will disappear too... here's hoping.

I had a really poor experience at this dry cleaners; I visited to get some simple alterations made to an item of clothing - the hem needing taking up by an inch and it needed taking in at the sides. It took an insurmountable length of time, numerous phonecalls and visits for my request to be finally understood before they admitted they couldn't do it. They agreed to do it as they had wasted my time (I had no time to find another tailor) and to end a bad situation they tried to add an unagreed £6 to the bill before I finally was able to walk away with my dress. The aleration work was very poor and not worth the £20 I had to pay. A very poor example of both customer service and workmanship that I would certainly not recommend to others.
