Asked the lady to stick the under arm of one side of my coat. She does both which made me happy but began to lie saying she charged me 15
When the first time I went she charged me 10
Overall the experience wasn’t nice and I don’t like her attitude 100% wouldn’t recommend

The first and last time I left my clothes there. Terrible Service! Only took the laundry service. I picked up "clean laundry" in dirty bags. White clothes were in Sainsburys bag and dark ones in Waitrose bag. Someone brought dirty clothes in these bags and they packed my clean clothes in these used bags. What a horrible service and I paid £24! AVOID!!!!
