The Clean Laundry Co

This used to be a good service until they installed a "new system". Now two weeks in a row they couldn't find my shirts. The last time I had forgotten the ticket and the woman working there (who claims to be the owner) insisted I must be mistaken as her computer showed no orders with my name.

I had to walk all the way back home to get the ticket only to find when I returned that she had already found my shirts that she swore they did not have.

Did I get a discount? Of course not. An apology? Nope. I got a shrug when I told her she had a bad attitude and I would be going to the cleaners across the street in the future.

Unfortunately prices have skyrocketed over the last year or so and when I politely asked the lady owner why this was so and why such steep increases? all I got told was to go elsewhere!! Shocked and very disappointed!! Also opening hours very erratic !! I have since taken the lady's advice and now go elsewhere for my service wash.

unreliable opening hours!! which is no good if you want to pick up work suit for next day only to find shop closed....

I have been coming here for several years now (having left other dry cleaners for poor service) and I really trust The Clean Laundry Co with my delicate, vintage clothing. The clothing is always presented in good condition and well pressed (it is never over-pressed, which has happened elsewhere). It is always ready on time too. The staff have always been polite and friendly and have often helped me carry items to the car, when I have had several items to collect. They offer wonderful service overall! I am a very happy customer and see no reason to go elsewhere.

Cheapest shirt dry cleaning service on the avenue, unfortunately rude and unhelpful service!

The manager lady was very helpful here and washed my coat again for free when the stain hadn't quite come out first time round.

Sadly the staff are rude and unhelpful, especially on the phone if you have a query, which means we will not be returning.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Left some clothes to be repaired and picked up the next morning, but the next day the store was still closed 2 hours after they were due to open, and nobody answered the phone. Later Store person refused to accept blame, apologise and extremely rude.
