I have had the misfortune of having to deal with this "agent" and I have found them to be the most unprofessional estate agent I have had to deal with in my years as a renter. They take forever to get things fixed, been waiting several months now for basic maintenance to be sorted out. I have found them rude to deal with on the phone, never return calls when needed, turn up unannounced to the house. Basic legal requirements are ignored despite several calls and emails to get them sorted. If you are a tenant then stay clear and if you are a landlord then you want someone who is more professio
