I been using hair system for many years and when it comes to stylist is the most important part of the process , i suddenly been in the position to have to change hairdresser and i start browsing to find the right person .I been lucky to meet Myra in the Great 4 Hair saloon , and after explaining the way i am wearing the system she is been extremely understanding and professional , I had an amazing result and I really can't tank her more .
Her shop is extremely clean and the people are very friendly , the price extremely competitive .

Absolutely furious with this place! My stylist ordered bonded hair over the phone, she specifically asked for standard number 4 brown and a dark blonde.. I have that kind of J.Lo coloured caramel blonde with some brown to break it up..
She showed me the hair and I was devastated. We ended up with very dark brown, one shade off black, a regular dark brown and a medium/dark brown which was labelled "dark blonde".
Now it being christmas i had no choice but to accept the hair and change my hair colour! If i had a week or 2 spare I'd have returned the whole lot.
I've had it put in and the overall colour is a dark brown, not my usual caramel coloured hair with a little darker..
The thing that annoys me most is that i'm simply left with no choice but to use the hair at this busy time of year and change my own hair colour.
Just because something is labelled "dark blonde" surely they're not colour blind and can see that it is in fact closer to a medium/dark brown. Its like ordering blue and recieving pink just because the label says blue.
The hair quality is amazing, but its also available at other retailers where i'll be going in the future, and i recommend others also do so unless you visit the shop in person or have a week to spare in case you end up with purple or orange just because its labelled soemthing else.
Colour blind, useless, inconviniencing, and most of all just annoying. why would they do that? so stupid...
