I have been using this company for more than 10 years, during which time it has gone through several names, and it has got worse in recent months. Late or missing drivers, no one picking up the phone, app not working, long hold times. It's time for it to improve--and fast.

I will never recommend to anyone this company!!! I used this company about 30 times and every time I tried to give them one more chance!! They never come on time even if I booked for 2 hours before!!! Few times they forgot about my booking. However if compare with Addison lee prices, Spotty cars twice cheaper then Addison lee.

Would like to say a big thank you, my daughter got a cab to Euston station today and the driver was very nice and helpful especially as she had a large suitcase..so would like to say a big thank you to him

I booked a taxi to Luton airport and it never arrived. i had received a text message from London radio cars that it was booked, but on the morning it was meant to come, there was no record of my booking. I will never use this service again.

I would like to know how this booking was made as you say you received a text message that it was booked. We have no facility to confirm bookings by sms so cannot see how this could have been done! Bookings are currently made directly through our call centre although we are soon launching our own iPhone booking app which will accept booking direct to our despatch programme.

Very good service, very friendly staff and the car was very clean, the driver was very helpful, would definately use them again. Best cab service I have ever used in London
