Absolute rubbish nail salon they can not pain nails correctly my 4 year old can pain better, very rude bad attitude don’t know how to file or shape nails Evan when you explain to them they still can’t do it they then say but your nails are the same…er no there not, also if you need nail repair they don’t soak of old acrylic on nail they just clip it and stick another false nail on top ridiculas! Lazy inadequate staff also they overcharge everything is different for the same treatment or service, have been here 3 times as it’s more convenient to where I live but Deffo never again!! I always use the one in Eastcote now cheaper more professional and excellent at designing painting shaping etc they Evan ask you if you would like a tea or coffee? French rose are con artist never go again I wouldn’t give them a 0 star appalling nail shop

I prebooked an appointment. Upon entry I was asked to wear a face mask, I explained I am exempt for medical reasons as I have asthma. The nail tech insisted I paid £1 for a mask if I was to use their services.
I then showed her my exemption card and service was still refused.
The salon had customers who are this point are staring at me and I start to feel anxious. I again explained my health issues and again refused service.
I then asked that they cancel my appointment which they were happy to do.
This is discrimination and not part of the government guidelines, the exemption card says 'be kind' and that experience was anything but.
I left the salon and burst into tears it caused so much unnecessary anxiety and stress.
Honestly, so unprofessional and unkind.
If anyone is looking for a salon whom dont discriminated and provide services I got them done at Pinner Nails. They were lovely and immediately saw I had been crying and put me at ease straight away.

Don’t go to this place, they discriminate against people who have asthma, they refuse to serve you if you can’t wear a mask. Even though I explained it will cause an asthma attack and panic attack, they don’t care. Even though there is screens for protection. Absolutely disgusted ???????
