Day Three - Not much to report. Have been much better with my diet. Had chicken caesar salad for lunch and made some sweet potato cottage pie thingy this evening. Trust me, that's a lot better than cheeseburgers, which would have been a happy alternative! Num num!

Has only been three days so haven't weighed myself yet. But still no problems with any side effects. Just hope they're doing the job they're meant to be doing!

I suppose because it's not bad to have a certain amount of fat on yer bones. And I gues it stops those who are already thin and have some kind of eating disorder, from damaging themselves. There's prob other reasons, but I dunno what they be...

Ohhh also because that might be the point where you technically become clinically obese or something. I'm considered 'obese' by the docs but when you think of obese you picture people much much bigger than I am now.

Day Four - Didnt eat much today, so only took one pill, but I guess I didn't eat what I should've cause yep, you guessed it, I got the dreaded Side Effects!! Argh! Well shows that they keep true to their word on that side of things. Don't try this at home unless you have stocked up on loo roll.

At least now I know that biryani in the future is a 'no-no'...

Day Five - Well, those side effects are still getting me... hm. Scared to eat anything containing fat now... but I guess that's the point!
