I came off them for a bit, but am going to go back on them again.

They do help you watch what you eat, because of the consequences, but I need to be on them longer I think to see a real difference.

Quick update from the first few days, day 1 was fine, I ate sensible food, and had no affects at all. Sat was my birthday so I only took one pill with breakfast as I knew I wouldnt be eating too sensibly after that, though had a very full feeling in my stomach after dinner. Likewise yesterday, took pills with breakfast and lunch, but not dinner as again I was being fed something not too good! Still I had some stomach grumbles which make you think! Im definitely going back to bland and sensible food today!
