Day Six - A bit better than the last two days, finally! Another spot has appeared on my face. Not liking that, but again I don't know of that's a side effect yet. Will weigh myself soon and see if anything has happened yet. But to be honest, I don't feel like I've lost anything.

Day Four - Didnt eat much today, so only took one pill, but I guess I didn't eat what I should've cause yep, you guessed it, I got the dreaded Side Effects!! Argh! Well shows that they keep true to their word on that side of things. Don't try this at home unless you have stocked up on loo roll.

At least now I know that biryani in the future is a 'no-no'...

Oh poor old you !!!!
do you get a list of food to aviod or just wing it? :scared: :Omg:

You get an idea, and there are suggested foods to eat in the leaflet thing, but everyone's different I guess. Read one woman's post on a forum and curries were fine for her. I'm learning what to avoid and I really an thinking twice about what I put in my mouth now. I guess once I start noticing some changes for the better, the rating good will become more and more what I want to do, than what I have to do.

Day Seven - Well I went back to work for the fist time since taking the pills. As yesterday wasn't so bad side effect-wise, I assumed today would be the same or better....

Hmmm...

Within about 40 minutes I had to rush to the loo 3 times. It wasn't wholesome. I've read in the little books, though, that these 'treatment effects' as they nicely put them, usually are just in the first 2 weeks.

I bloody hope so!

Day Eight - No sign of the squits today! Huzzah! In fact it's gone the complete opposite... Have had a tight feeling in my stomach and torso all day. It hasn't been comfortable. Not sure if it's to do with Alli but is a bit coincidental...

On a positive note, my bike jacket doesn't feel quite as tight as it was last time I wore it..

I think so.

I haven't done much in the way of exercise yet, because my knee hurts like a b*tch. But I'll be at Kung Fu on Sunday and back at the gym next week. Then I should definitely start noticing a difference for sure!

Day Nine - It's probably not pleasant reading about my bowel movements every day, but it's relevant to the Alli pills so I'm sorry about that.

Again today is the complete opposite of squits... Two days in a row now. Hmm... Didn't eat great today either... Maybe I'll suffer tomorrow.

The belly pains have subsided. Have been feeling fiiiine... All things considering.
