Hi I'm turning 17 in October and I want to do something fun with my friends but I have no idea what we could do. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. (I'm on a tight budget by the way)

You may want to have a look through All In London's what's on section - we frequently have under 18s party and club nights advertised which you might be interested in.
Alternatively there's bowling in central London at the All Star Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes - bowling's always a good laugh in a group - plus there's always a good chance of seeing celebs at the Bloomsbury Lanes
