Visited Chilli’s on a Tuesday evening. We received an amazing deal which included a bottle of wine for £10 per head.

Food was delicious and the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating.

Would definitely recommend!

I only wish I had read the reviews before deciding to eat in this place. Essentially they lure you in with promises of free drinks/deals/discounts but deliberately overcharge you at the end of a meal. Customer service is non-existent. They are not interested in your dining experience or whether you will come back. Multiple menus (with widely variable pricing) and obscure deal rules are designed to be confusing so that they can basically charge you whatever they like and are quite aggressive if you query the bill. We left without paying the service charge but still paid more than they deserved.

Food was mediocre and staff were rude. Added service charge without declaring before - generally seemed to be attempting to make lots of money without taking care of their diners.

To be honest I didn't enjoy my experience at Chillies. We spent half of the time having to put up with the waiters moving countless chairs and tables through the restaurant right behind us moving them from outside to inside which was really inappropriate. The food as well was disappointing. We had butter chicken and lamb korma and they almost tasted identical and were so sickly sweet that my friend and I joked that we had had our main and dessert all at once. Overall it was disappointing and I do hope that this restaurant isn't always like this!

Went for a meal there with two visitors in August 2010. While the food was ok, the service was lousy - non-attentive, unfriendly, and they kept forgetting our drinks.

"Chillies is the best restaurant in the sense of quality of the food in all over the brick lane. It is just like home made food and a good atmosphere. The service is also excellent. I recommend this restaurant for all of curry loving people."

Me and sixteen of my colleagues went to Chillies restaurant for someones leaving do, which I was higly recommended to, and have to say, they had quality food which was absolutely fantastic. The waiting hour wasn’t bad at all compared to previous restaurants.

The service was brilliant, staff working there were very welcoming. Atmosphere and design of the restaurant was very nice too. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.I will be going there sometimes next week again, my colleagues have been nagging me to take them. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Higly recommended
