Eat candles for dinner

Seems entirely sensible...
This must try is connected to: Story

One of the many showstopping dishes at Restaurant Story is the edible candle. The long white candle is made from beef dripping, and it arrives on a fancy candleholder, already lit. As it melts a pool of hot dripping forms at the bottom for you to dunk your bread into, as if it was butter. Fun fact: candles were made from beef fat in the Middle Ages, so rather than this being modern molecular cuisine it's actually just a bit of heritage.
